Responsibility
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key semiconductor clients, understanding their technical and business needs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, marketing, and management) to drive sales strategies and meet revenue targets.
- Provide technical consultations and product demonstrations to clients, ensuring alignment with their requirements.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals tailored to client specifications.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to identify new business opportunities.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients while ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction.
- Conduct post-sales support and follow-ups to ensure smooth project execution and long-term client retention.
- Contribute to the development of sales forecasts, reports, and performance metrics for management review.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field. Advanced degrees are a plus.
- Proven experience in sales, business development, or technical support within the semiconductor, electronics, or high-tech industry (for Senior role).
- Strong technical knowledge of semiconductor products, manufacturing processes, or related technologies.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in English.
- Ability to analyze complex technical requirements and translate them into actionable sales strategies.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset and the ability to work independently or in a team.
- Willingness to travel as needed to meet clients and attend industry events.
- Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite is advantageous.
