Responsibility
- Develop and execute targeted LinkedIn outreach campaigns to identify and engage potential leads in niche markets.
- Craft personalized, high-converting messages tailored to prospect needs, pain points, and business goals.
- Monitor and analyze outreach performance metrics (response rates, conversion rates, etc.) to optimize strategies.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align lead generation efforts with broader business objectives.
- Maintain a CRM or lead tracking system to organize and prioritize prospects for follow-up.
- Research and segment ideal customer profiles (ICPs) to ensure outreach is data-driven and efficient.
- Stay updated on LinkedIn algorithm changes and best practices for outreach and engagement.
- Provide weekly reports on lead generation activities, pipeline growth, and ROI.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in LinkedIn outreach, lead generation, or sales development (1+ years preferred).
- Strong written communication skills with a knack for persuasive, error-free messaging.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce), and automation platforms.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting while meeting KPIs and deadlines.
- Analytical mindset with experience in tracking and interpreting outreach metrics.
- Basic understanding of B2B sales funnels and lead qualification frameworks (e.g., BANT, MEDDIC).
- Tech-savvy with proficiency in Google Workspace, Excel/Sheets, and outreach tools (e.g., Lemlist, Reply.io).
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and passionate about building relationships and closing deals.
