Responsibility
- Contact potential customers via phone to promote products/services.
- Build rapport and identify customer needs to drive sales.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales.
- Collaborate with team members to improve sales strategies.
- Handle customer objections and provide solutions.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends.
- Deliver exceptional customer service to ensure satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in telesales, telemarketing, or customer service.
