Responsibility
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand CTOS’s client base in the Klang Valley.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in target industries.
- Conduct market research to understand industry trends and competitive landscapes.
- Present and demonstrate CTOS’s risk management solutions to potential clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of solutions and client satisfaction.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and contracts.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective pipeline management.
- Provide feedback to product and marketing teams based on client interactions and market insights.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of risk management or financial services is a plus.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Willingness to travel within the Klang Valley as needed.
