Responsibility
- Coordinate and monitor sales activities to ensure alignment with company goals and targets.
- Liaise with clients, distributors, and internal teams to facilitate smooth order processing and delivery.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses to management.
- Assist in the implementation of sales strategies and promotional campaigns to boost market penetration.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints promptly to enhance the overall customer experience.
- Collaborate with marketing and logistics teams to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify new opportunities.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales coordination, customer service, or a similar role, preferably in the appliance or retail industry.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and generate actionable insights.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
- Fluency in English; additional languages (e.g., Indonesian, Tagalog) are a plus.
