Responsibility

  • Develop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to drive revenue growth and market penetration in the automotive parts sector.
  • Lead and mentor a high-performing sales and marketing team, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and industry stakeholders.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to stay ahead of industry trends and inform strategic decision-making.
  • Oversee the creation and execution of marketing campaigns, including digital marketing, advertising, and promotional activities.

  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to enhance brand visibility and network with potential clients.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in sales and marketing, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within the automotive or manufacturing industry.
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth, developing successful sales strategies, and leading high-performing teams.
  • Strong understanding of the automotive parts market, including industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving skills, capable of making data-driven decisions.
  • Experience in digital marketing, including SEO, social media, and online advertising, is highly desirable.
