Responsibility
- Develop and execute sales strategies to promote DJ SOLAR CORP.âs renewable energy products and services in Bali.
- Identify and engage potential clients (residential, commercial, and industrial) through cold calls, networking, and referrals.
- Conduct consultative sales meetings to assess client needs, propose tailored solar solutions, and close deals.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations on solar energy benefits, cost savings, and ROI to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with the technical team to ensure accurate system sizing, pricing, and proposals for clients.
- Track sales performance, maintain CRM records, and provide regular reports to management.
- Stay updated on industry trends, incentives, and regulations related to renewable energy in Indonesia.
- Represent DJ SOLAR CORP. at industry events, trade shows, and community outreach programs.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven sales track record (2+ years) in B2B or B2C environments, preferably in renewable energy, real estate, or tech.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English (Bahasa Indonesia is a plus).
- Strong customer relationship management (CRM) and pipeline development abilities.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently in a remote or hybrid setting.
- Knowledge of solar energy systems, financing options, or sustainability practices is highly advantageous.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot), and basic sales analytics.
- Willingness to travel within Bali and occasionally to other regions for client meetings.
