Responsibility
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand customer base and achieve revenue targets in Bali.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a high-performing sales team to exceed KPIs and deliver exceptional results.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, retailers, and business partners across assigned regions.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to refine sales strategies.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to create impactful campaigns and promotions tailored to the Bali market.
- Monitor sales performance metrics, prepare reports, and present insights to senior management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, ethical standards, and local business regulations.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities in Bali.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven track record of 3+ years in sales management, preferably in retail or FMCG sectors.
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing and developing sales teams.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
- Data-driven mindset with proficiency in CRM tools and sales analytics.
- Familiarity with the Bali market and local business culture is a plus.
- Results-oriented, self-motivated, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to travel within Bali and occasionally to other regions as needed.
