Responsibility
- Deliver exceptional customer service to international and local clients in high-traffic retail environments
- Drive sales targets through proactive engagement, product knowledge, and upselling techniques
- Maintain store presentation standards, including merchandising, inventory management, and visual displays
- Handle cash transactions, process payments, and operate POS systems with accuracy
- Build lasting customer relationships through personalized service and follow-up communications
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals
- Provide detailed product information and recommendations to customers in English and other relevant languages
- Assist with inventory counts, stock replenishment, and loss prevention procedures
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in retail sales, hospitality, or customer service roles
- Fluency in English (additional languages such as Indonesian, Mandarin, or Russian are a plus)
- Strong interpersonal skills with a genuine passion for helping customers
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, in a fast-paced environment
- Basic math skills and familiarity with POS systems or cash handling
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree in business or related field is advantageous
- Adaptability to work in various locations across Bali (Canggu, Ubud, Seminyak, etc.)
- Positive attitude, team player mentality, and willingness to learn and grow
