Responsibility
- Drive sales of NEXA vehicles and TITAN HOME products by identifying and engaging potential clients in Bali’s key markets (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, and Badung).
- Build and maintain strong relationships with high-net-worth individuals, expatriates, and corporate clients to maximize sales opportunities.
- Conduct product presentations, test drives, and home solution demonstrations to showcase the value of NEXA and TITAN HOME offerings.
- Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets through proactive prospecting and closing techniques.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute localized sales strategies tailored to Bali’s unique market dynamics.
- Provide exceptional post-sales service to ensure client satisfaction and foster repeat business and referrals.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to adapt sales approaches accordingly.
- Participate in trade shows, networking events, and community initiatives to enhance brand visibility and generate leads.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales, automotive sales, or real estate, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia (additional languages are a plus).
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills, with a customer-centric approach to sales.
- Knowledge of Bali’s luxury market, including real estate, automotive, and high-end consumer trends, is highly desirable.
- Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships through trust, integrity, and professionalism.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within Bali for client meetings and events.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus but not required.
