Responsibility

  • Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets in assigned territories (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, etc.).
  • Identify and onboard new clients through proactive outreach, networking, and market research.
  • Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adjust sales strategies accordingly.
  • Coordinate with logistics and distribution teams to ensure timely product delivery.
  • Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to management.
  • Participate in local trade shows, promotions, and community events to boost brand visibility.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, retail, or business development (preferably in FMCG or distribution).
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools or sales tracking software is a plus.
  • Willingness to travel within Bali and occasionally to other regions.
  • Valid driver’s license and access to personal transportation.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree in Business or related field is advantageous.
