Responsibility

  • Client Acquisition & Lead Generation: Proactively identify and engage potential clients through cold calling, networking, and digital outreach to expand the customer base.
  • Product Promotion & Sales: Present and demonstrate product features and benefits to clients, tailoring pitches to meet their specific needs and pain points.
  • Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients through regular follow-ups, personalized service, and trust-building.
  • Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets while maintaining high standards of professionalism.
  • Customer Support: Provide timely and effective after-sales support to ensure client satisfaction and foster repeat business.
  • Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to refine sales strategies.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product, and customer service teams to align sales efforts with broader business objectives.
  • Reporting & Documentation: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and performance metrics for analysis and improvement.

Qualifications

  • Proven Sales Experience: Minimum of 2+ years in a sales role, preferably in B2B or B2C environments, with a track record of meeting targets.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Fluent in English (written and verbal) with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and persuasively.
  • Customer-Centric Mindset: Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Self-Motivated & Resilient: Ability to work independently, handle rejection, and stay focused on goals in a fast-paced environment.
  • Negotiation Skills: Proven ability to negotiate terms, overcome objections, and close deals effectively.

  • Local Market Knowledge: Familiarity with the Bali business landscape is a plus but not required.
