Responsibility
- Consult with clients to identify their smart home needs and recommend tailored solutions.
- Demonstrate Domos Smart Home products, including IoT devices, security systems, and automation platforms.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with residential customers, contractors, and property developers.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets while ensuring high customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging smart home technologies.
- Collaborate with the technical team to ensure seamless product installation and customer onboarding.
- Participate in local trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to expand brand visibility.
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis to support business strategy.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in technology, home automation, or related fields.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Tech-savvy with a passion for smart home solutions and IoT devices.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a target-driven environment.
- Fluency in English; additional languages (e.g., Bahasa Indonesia, Mandarin) are a plus.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within Bali and occasionally to other regions.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is an advantage.
