Responsibility
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to penetrate corporate and government markets in Bali.
- Identify and engage with key decision-makers in target organizations to pitch MSI’s laptop solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective B2B/B2G clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams to customize product offerings based on client needs.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and contracts.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to refine sales strategies.
- Achieve and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets for assigned territories.
- Provide post-sales support to ensure client satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven track record of 3+ years in B2B/B2G sales, preferably in the IT or electronics industry.
- Strong understanding of corporate and government procurement processes.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in English and Indonesian.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach and the ability to work independently.
- Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Willingness to travel within Bali and occasionally to other regions as required.
- Existing network of contacts in Bali’s corporate or government sectors is a plus.
