Responsibility
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, including doctors, pharmacists, and hospital administrators.
- Promote and sell Zuellig Pharma's portfolio of medical products and solutions to targeted customers.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets by implementing effective sales strategies and plans.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to highlight the benefits and features of our healthcare solutions.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities.
- Provide accurate and timely reports on sales activities, market feedback, and customer insights.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute promotional campaigns and events.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and ethical standards in all sales activities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Nursing, Medical Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in medical sales, pharmaceutical sales, or a related healthcare sales role.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
- Knowledge of medical terminology, products, and the healthcare industry is a plus.
- Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle for fieldwork.
