Responsibility
- Develop and execute strategic plans to expand carrier partnerships across Indonesia and Southeast Asia.
- Negotiate and finalize interconnection, roaming, and service agreements with domestic and international carriers.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth and market penetration.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing carrier partners, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
- Collaborate with internal teams (technical, legal, finance) to ensure seamless contract implementation and service delivery.
- Monitor industry trends, competitive landscape, and regulatory changes to inform business strategies.
- Prepare and present regular reports on carrier performance, market analysis, and revenue forecasts.
- Represent China Telecom at industry conferences, trade shows, and stakeholder meetings.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Business, Telecommunications, Marketing, or a related field (Masterâs preferred).
- Minimum 5 years of experience in carrier relations, telecom sales, or business development, with a focus on B2B partnerships.
- Proven track record of negotiating and closing high-value carrier agreements.
- Strong understanding of telecommunications infrastructure, interconnection models, and regulatory frameworks in Indonesia/SEA.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills in English (Bahasa Indonesia is a plus).
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret market data and financial metrics.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently in a remote or hybrid setting.
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required.
