Responsibility
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets.
- Identify and engage potential clients through cold calling, networking, and digital outreach.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the value of our technology solutions.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling sales materials and campaigns.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals while ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to position our products effectively.
- Provide timely and accurate sales forecasts and reports to management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Proven track record of at least 2 years in sales, preferably in the technology or IT sector.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach and a passion for exceeding targets.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
- Willingness to travel within Bali and occasionally to other regions as needed.
