Responsibility
- Coordinate and manage sales department schedules, including client meetings, follow-ups, and internal team syncs.
- Prepare and distribute sales reports, presentations, and proposals to support decision-making.
- Liaise between sales teams, clients, and other departments to ensure smooth communication and project execution.
- Maintain and update CRM systems with accurate client and sales data.
- Assist in the preparation of contracts, quotes, and other sales-related documentation.
- Monitor sales performance metrics and provide insights to optimize processes.
- Handle administrative tasks such as order processing, invoicing, and inventory tracking.
- Support the sales team in organizing events, trade shows, and client visits.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales coordination, administrative support, or a similar role.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to multitask.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in data entry and reporting.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Familiarity with sales processes, forecasting, and performance tracking is a plus.
