Responsibility

  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a sales team to achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly targets in Bali’s competitive market.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand market share and drive revenue growth.
  • Monitor sales performance, analyze KPIs, and implement data-driven improvements.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and stakeholders.
  • Conduct regular market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive threats.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to design and implement effective promotional campaigns.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, sales procedures, and ethical standards.
  • Prepare and present detailed sales reports to senior management.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Deep understanding of B2B and B2C sales strategies and customer relationship management.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work under pressure, adapt to changing priorities, and solve problems proactively.
  • Fluency in English and Indonesian (written and verbal).
  • Willingness to travel within Bali and occasionally to other regions as needed.
