Responsibility

  • Identify, qualify, and convert new business leads in the IT training and technology solutions sector through proactive outreach and networking.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand market share in Bali and surrounding regions.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships with corporate partners, educational institutions, and government agencies.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to create compelling value propositions and tailor solutions to client needs.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive threats, and emerging opportunities in the IT training industry.
  • Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations, proposals, and contracts to key decision-makers.
  • Monitor and report on sales performance, pipeline health, and market feedback to senior management.
  • Represent Trainocate at industry events, conferences, and networking forums to enhance brand visibility.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or account management, preferably in IT training, SaaS, or technology solutions.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a competitive market.
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills with fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently in a remote or hybrid environment.
  • Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales automation platforms.
  • Knowledge of IT certifications (e.g., Cisco, Microsoft, AWS, CompTIA) is highly desirable.
  • Ability to travel within Bali and occasionally to other regions for client meetings and events.
