Responsibility
- Provide administrative support to the Sales Department, including managing schedules, preparing reports, and maintaining sales records.
- Coordinate communication between the sales team, clients, and other departments to ensure smooth operations.
- Assist in the preparation of sales proposals, presentations, and contracts to support business development efforts.
- Monitor and track sales performance metrics, providing insights and reports to the sales manager.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Organize and coordinate sales meetings, events, and travel arrangements for the sales team.
- Maintain and update customer databases and CRM systems to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales collateral and promotional materials.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a sales support or coordination role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with internal teams and external clients.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and problem-solving attitude.
- Familiarity with sales processes, customer service principles, and basic financial concepts.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
