Responsibility
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets in the poultry industry.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and retailers.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand market reach across Bali.
- Conduct market research to stay ahead of industry trends and competitor activities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to management.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements to maximize profitability.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 3+ years of sales experience, preferably in the poultry or FMCG industry.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Willingness to travel within Bali and occasionally to other regions.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
