Responsibility
- Provide real-time chat support to customers, addressing inquiries and resolving issues professionally.
- Identify customer needs and recommend products/services to drive sales conversions.
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships through personalized interactions.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
- Collaborate with team members to share best practices and improve performance.
- Document customer interactions and feedback in CRM systems accurately.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, promotions, and industry trends.
- Handle customer objections and escalations with a solutions-oriented approach.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or chat support roles.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong persuasion and negotiation skills with a customer-centric mindset.
- Ability to multitask and manage high-volume chat interactions efficiently.
- Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Zendesk, Salesforce) is a plus.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven attitude.
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace in Bali.
- Availability to work flexible shifts, including weekends/holidays if required.
