Responsibility
- Lead and mentor retail teams to achieve and exceed sales targets across Serta Mattress boutiques and partner outlets.
- Develop and implement sales strategies, promotions, and customer engagement programs to drive revenue growth.
- Oversee daily retail operations, including inventory management, merchandising, and store presentation to ensure brand consistency.
- Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for improvement and expansion.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, distributors, and local business partners.
- Ensure exceptional customer service standards are met, resolving escalations and fostering long-term client loyalty.
- Monitor KPIs and performance metrics, providing actionable insights to senior management.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to execute localized campaigns and enhance brand visibility in Bali’s competitive retail landscape.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in retail management or sales leadership, preferably in the furniture, mattress, or luxury goods industry.
- Proven track record of driving sales growth and operational efficiency in a multi-outlet environment.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to inspire and manage diverse teams.
- Proficiency in sales analytics, CRM tools, and inventory management systems.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities with a customer-centric approach.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is advantageous.
- Willingness to travel across Bali and adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
