Responsibility

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.
  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through outbound calls, emails, and digital outreach.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to create targeted strategies for client acquisition and retention.
  • Provide accurate and timely product information, pricing, and quotations to potential and existing customers.
  • Track sales performance, prepare reports, and analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to enhance client trust and loyalty.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in inside sales, customer service, or a related field, preferably in the industrial supplies or manufacturing sector.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with fastener products, industrial hardware, or B2B sales is a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
