Based in Badung (covering Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, and Kuta), you’ll engage with high-end clients, architects, and interior designers to promote our exclusive collection of home furnishings and decorative solutions. Your role will be pivotal in expanding our market presence in Bali’s thriving hospitality and residential sectors.

Responsibility
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve monthly/quarterly targets in the Bali market.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, interior designers, hotels, and high-net-worth individuals.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase the unique value of our home decor collections.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals with clients, ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to organize events, showroom displays, and promotional campaigns.
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses to management.
- Provide exceptional after-sales service to foster long-term client loyalty and repeat business.
Qualifications
- Proven track record of at least 3+ years in B2B or B2C sales, preferably in home decor, furniture, or luxury retail.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Fluency in English (additional proficiency in Indonesian or other languages is a plus).
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Willingness to travel within Bali and occasionally to other regions for client meetings or trade shows.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Passion for interior design, architecture, or luxury products is highly advantageous.
