Responsibility
- Promote motorcycle financing services to potential customers through various channels, including in-person meetings, phone calls, and digital platforms.
- Generate and follow up on leads to convert prospects into clients.
- Assist clients with the loan application process, ensuring all required documentation is completed accurately and submitted on time.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining strong relationships.
- Collaborate with the finance team to ensure smooth processing of loan applications and timely approvals.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and performance metrics.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and company products to effectively position our services.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and transaction details.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in sales, customer service, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Basic understanding of financial products and services, particularly loans and financing.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field is a plus.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is preferred.
