Responsibility
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key modern trade accounts (e.g., supermarkets, hypermarkets, and department stores) in Bali.
- Execute sales and merchandising strategies to maximize product visibility and revenue growth.
- Monitor inventory levels, ensure product availability, and coordinate with logistics teams for timely restocking.
- Conduct regular store visits to assess compliance with brand standards, pricing, and promotional activities.
- Analyze sales performance data and provide actionable insights to improve market penetration.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to plan and execute in-store promotions, product launches, and seasonal campaigns.
- Resolve customer inquiries and concerns promptly to enhance satisfaction and retention.
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports on sales achievements, market trends, and competitive analysis.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in sales, key account management, or merchandising, preferably in the FMCG or retail industry.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM tools.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
- Familiarity with modern trade dynamics and retail operations in Indonesia.
- Willingness to travel within Bali and occasionally to other regions as required.
- Passion for the beauty or lifestyle industry is a plus.
