PT Trit Indonesia, a leading distributor of industrial and manufacturing products, is seeking a dynamic Industrial Sales Engineer to join our team in Bali. This role offers a unique opportunity to drive sales growth, build strong client relationships, and contribute to the expansion of our industrial solutions across key markets in Bali, including Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, and Badung.

As an Industrial Sales Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in identifying customer needs, providing technical expertise, and delivering tailored solutions to clients in the manufacturing, construction, and industrial sectors. Your ability to combine sales acumen with engineering knowledge will be critical in securing long-term partnerships and achieving revenue targets.

This position is ideal for professionals who thrive in a fast-paced, client-facing environment and are passionate about industrial innovation. With a competitive salary range of IDR 7,000,000 – IDR 8,000,000 per month, this role offers both financial rewards and the chance to grow within a reputable company.

Responsibility

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand the company’s industrial product portfolio in Bali’s key markets.
  • Identify and engage with potential clients in manufacturing, construction, and industrial sectors to understand their technical requirements.
  • Provide expert technical advice and product demonstrations to clients, ensuring solutions align with their operational needs.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to customize product offerings and negotiate contracts that maximize profitability.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to position PT Trit Indonesia as a leader in industrial solutions.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and reports to stakeholders and clients.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers in target industries.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in industrial sales, technical sales, or a similar role within the manufacturing or engineering sector.
  • Strong understanding of industrial products, machinery, and manufacturing processes.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a B2B environment.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in both English and Indonesian.
  • Ability to interpret technical specifications and provide tailored solutions to clients.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and capable of working independently or as part of a team.
  • Willingness to travel frequently within Bali and occasionally to other regions in Indonesia.
