Responsibility
- Conduct in-depth business assessments to identify digital transformation opportunities for SMEs.
- Develop and present customized digital adoption roadmaps aligned with client objectives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including business owners and decision-makers.
- Drive sales of digital solutions (e.g., ERP, CRM, e-commerce platforms) through consultative selling.
- Monitor industry trends and competitive landscapes to recommend innovative tools and strategies.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless implementation of proposed solutions.
- Track and report on KPIs, including client acquisition, revenue growth, and satisfaction metrics.
- Organize workshops and training sessions to educate clients on digital best practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Minimum 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or advisory roles, preferably in digital transformation.
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth and managing client portfolios in the SME sector.
- Strong understanding of digital solutions (e.g., cloud computing, automation, SaaS platforms).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in English.
- Ability to analyze complex business needs and translate them into actionable strategies.
- Self-motivated with a hunter mentality and a passion for exceeding targets.
- Familiarity with the Bali/Indonesian market is a plus.
