Responsibility
- Identify and engage potential clients in Bali’s business community to promote CTOS’s risk management and credit reporting solutions.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets.
- Conduct market research to understand industry trends, competitor offerings, and client needs.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in banks, financial institutions, and corporate clients.
- Deliver persuasive presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the value of CTOS solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to tailor solutions that meet client-specific risk management requirements.
- Monitor and report on sales performance metrics, providing insights for continuous improvement.
- Stay updated on regulatory changes and industry best practices affecting risk management and credit reporting.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management, preferably in the financial services or fintech sector.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets in a B2B environment.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in English (additional proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is a plus).
- Deep understanding of risk management, credit reporting, or financial data analytics.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset and the ability to work independently.
- Excellent networking and relationship-building skills with clients and stakeholders.
- Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite.
