Responsibility
- Identify and engage potential clients in Baliâs business ecosystem, including SMEs, corporations, and financial institutions.
- Conduct market research to understand industry trends and competitive landscapes in Bali and beyond.
- Present and demonstrate CTOSâs risk management solutions to prospects, highlighting key benefits and ROI.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high satisfaction and retention rates.
- Collaborate with internal teams to customize solutions and address client-specific needs.
- Participate in industry events, networking opportunities, and trade shows to enhance brand visibility.
- Prepare and deliver sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to management.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales, business development, or account management, preferably in the financial or tech industry.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Familiarity with risk management, credit reporting, or data analytics is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional languages are an advantage.
