Responsibility

  • Identify and engage potential clients in Bali’s business ecosystem, including SMEs, corporations, and financial institutions.
  • Conduct market research to understand industry trends and competitive landscapes in Bali and beyond.
  • Present and demonstrate CTOS’s risk management solutions to prospects, highlighting key benefits and ROI.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high satisfaction and retention rates.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to customize solutions and address client-specific needs.
  • Participate in industry events, networking opportunities, and trade shows to enhance brand visibility.
  • Prepare and deliver sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to management.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in sales, business development, or account management, preferably in the financial or tech industry.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Familiarity with risk management, credit reporting, or data analytics is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
