Join Lenovo as an Inside Sales Representative and drive the growth of our enterprise services portfolio across Malaysia and Southeast Asia. Based in the vibrant hubs of Bali, Indonesia (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, or Badung), you’ll collaborate with a global team to deliver cutting-edge IT solutions tailored to business needs. Your expertise in services sales will directly contribute to Lenovo’s mission of empowering organizations with innovative technology.

Responsibility
- Drive services sales (renewals, upsells, and new business) through consultative engagement with enterprise clients.
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of opportunities by identifying customer needs and proposing tailored Lenovo solutions.
- Collaborate with field sales teams, partners, and customers to align on strategic goals and close deals efficiently.
- Achieve and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets for services revenue and customer retention.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase Lenovo’s services portfolio (e.g., support, managed services, cloud solutions).
- Negotiate contracts and pricing while ensuring compliance with company policies and customer expectations.
- Provide post-sales support to ensure smooth onboarding and customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and Lenovo’s services roadmap to position solutions effectively.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in inside sales, account management, or business development, preferably in IT services or enterprise solutions.
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales quotas in a target-driven environment.
- Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to understand complex customer needs.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English (written and verbal).
- Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and sales analytics.
- Self-motivated with a hunter mentality and ability to work independently in a remote setting.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related fields (or equivalent experience).
- Knowledge of Lenovo’s products/services or the tech industry is a plus.
