Responsibility
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve quarterly and annual sales targets in the assigned Bali region.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and cold calling.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Conduct regular client visits to understand their needs, present product solutions, and close sales.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective sales campaigns and promotional strategies.
- Prepare and deliver sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses to management.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify growth opportunities.
- Provide exceptional after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience in sales, preferably in industrial or B2B sales.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Willingness to travel extensively within the Bali region.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of achieving sales targets.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian (Bahasa) is a plus.
