Responsibility
- Manage and coordinate spare parts sales, ensuring timely order processing and delivery.
- Liaise with clients, suppliers, and internal teams to fulfill aftersales service requests.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and forecast demand for spare parts.
- Develop and implement strategies to boost aftersales revenue and customer retention.
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Collaborate with the logistics team to ensure efficient distribution of spare parts.
- Prepare sales reports, track KPIs, and analyze performance metrics.
- Participate in on-the-job training (OJT) to stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in sales, aftersales, or spare parts coordination (fresh graduates with strong potential are welcome).
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and CRM/ERP systems is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric approach.
- Knowledge of automotive, industrial, or mechanical spare parts is advantageous.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to undergo on-the-job training (OJT) and adapt to new challenges.
