Responsibility

  • Manage and coordinate spare parts sales, ensuring timely order processing and delivery.
  • Liaise with clients, suppliers, and internal teams to fulfill aftersales service requests.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and forecast demand for spare parts.
  • Develop and implement strategies to boost aftersales revenue and customer retention.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Collaborate with the logistics team to ensure efficient distribution of spare parts.
  • Prepare sales reports, track KPIs, and analyze performance metrics.
  • Participate in on-the-job training (OJT) to stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in sales, aftersales, or spare parts coordination (fresh graduates with strong potential are welcome).
  • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and CRM/ERP systems is a plus.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric approach.
  • Knowledge of automotive, industrial, or mechanical spare parts is advantageous.
