Are you a results-driven Sales Executive with a passion for the automotive and tyre industry? Join Search Personnel in Bali and play a pivotal role in expanding our dealer network, driving revenue growth, and establishing a dominant market presence across the island’s most dynamic regions—Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, and Badung.

In this high-impact role, you’ll leverage your field sales expertise to build lasting relationships with distributors, retailers, and key stakeholders. Your ability to analyze market trends, identify opportunities, and execute strategic sales initiatives will directly contribute to our success in Bali’s booming automotive sector.

Responsibility

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to expand the dealer and distributor network in Bali’s key automotive markets.
  • Conduct regular field visits to clients, retailers, and potential partners to drive sales and strengthen relationships.
  • Identify and capitalize on market opportunities through competitive analysis and customer insights.
  • Manage and grow distributor relationships, ensuring alignment with company goals and sales targets.
  • Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to management.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to develop promotional campaigns and product launches tailored to the local market.
  • Provide product training and support to dealers and sales teams to enhance performance.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to secure profitable deals while maintaining customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in sales, business development, or account management, preferably in the automotive, tyre, or industrial products sector.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a B2B or field sales role.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and stakeholders.
  • Ability to analyze market data and translate insights into actionable sales strategies.
  • Self-motivated with a hunter mentality—comfortable with cold calling, networking, and closing deals.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Willingness to travel frequently within Bali (valid driver’s license and own transportation preferred).
  • Fluency in English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
