Responsibility
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold outreach, networking, and market research.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring high satisfaction and retention rates.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet and exceed quarterly revenue targets.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, product, support) to align sales strategies with company goals.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and contracts tailored to client needs.
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to refine sales approaches.
- Negotiate terms and close deals, ensuring profitability and long-term client partnerships.
- Track and report on sales performance metrics using CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
Qualifications
- Proven track record of 3+ years in B2B sales, business development, or account management, preferably in SaaS, data, or tech industries.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills to engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Self-motivated with a hunter mentalityâcomfortable with cold calling, prospecting, and pipeline management.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales automation tools to streamline workflows.
- Ability to work independently in a remote/hybrid setting while contributing to team goals.
- Fluency in English (additional languages, e.g., Bahasa Indonesia, are a plus).
- Bachelorâs degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
