As a Sales Executive, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our market presence, promoting our premium food and beverage products, and delivering exceptional service to our B2B clients. Bali's thriving tourism and hospitality industry offers a dynamic environment where your sales skills can shine. You'll work in some of the most exciting locations, including Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, and Badung, engaging with top-tier clients and contributing to Delifru's success.
Responsibility
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with HORECA clients (hotels, restaurants, cafes) across Bali.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand Delifru's market share.
- Conduct product presentations and negotiations to close sales deals.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Provide excellent customer service and address client inquiries promptly.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead in the industry.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales strategies.
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports and forecasts.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in the Food and Beverage or hospitality industry.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Familiarity with Bali's HORECA market is a plus.
- Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Willingness to travel across Bali as needed.
