As a Sales Executive, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our market presence, promoting our premium food and beverage products, and delivering exceptional service to our B2B clients. Bali's thriving tourism and hospitality industry offers a dynamic environment where your sales skills can shine. You'll work in some of the most exciting locations, including Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, and Badung, engaging with top-tier clients and contributing to Delifru's success.

Responsibility

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with HORECA clients (hotels, restaurants, cafes) across Bali.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand Delifru's market share.
  • Conduct product presentations and negotiations to close sales deals.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Provide excellent customer service and address client inquiries promptly.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead in the industry.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales strategies.
  • Prepare and submit regular sales reports and forecasts.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in the Food and Beverage or hospitality industry.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Familiarity with Bali's HORECA market is a plus.
  • Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Willingness to travel across Bali as needed.
