Responsibility

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and retail partners to ensure long-term collaboration.
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with supply chain teams to ensure timely product availability and minimize stockouts.
  • Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to management on a regular basis.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to align sales strategies with brand messaging and promotional initiatives.
  • Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to maintain high levels of satisfaction and loyalty.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, account management, or a similar role, preferably in the FMCG or beverage industry.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in sales data analysis and reporting tools (e.g., Excel, CRM software).
