Responsibility
- Revenue Strategy: Develop and execute a data-driven sales strategy to achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets.
- Market Expansion: Identify and pursue new business opportunities in Indonesia’s K-12, higher education, and corporate training sectors.
- Deal Closure: Lead end-to-end sales cycles, from prospecting to negotiation, ensuring high conversion rates and customer satisfaction.
- Partnership Development: Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including schools, government agencies, and private enterprises.
- Team Leadership: Mentor and scale the sales team, fostering a culture of performance, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Product Positioning: Work with marketing to refine value propositions and sales collateral tailored to diverse customer segments.
- Pipeline Management: Oversee CRM systems to track leads, forecast revenue, and optimize sales processes.
- Feedback Loop: Gather market insights to inform product development and business strategy.
Qualifications
- Proven Track Record: 7+ years in sales leadership, preferably in EdTech, SaaS, or digital learning solutions.
- B2B/B2G Expertise: Experience selling to educational institutions, government bodies, or large corporations.
- Strategic Thinker: Ability to analyze market trends and translate them into actionable sales plans.
- Relationship Builder: Exceptional interpersonal skills to engage C-level executives and decision-makers.
- Results-Oriented: History of meeting or exceeding sales quotas in competitive environments.
- Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales automation platforms.
- Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of Indonesia’s education sector and its digital transformation needs.
- Language Skills: Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional languages are a plus.
