Responsibility
- Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships with key accounts in the travel industry.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, addressing their needs and ensuring satisfaction.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing accounts to drive revenue growth.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and solutions.
- Prepare and present regular reports on account performance, market trends, and competitive analysis.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements to maximize profitability while maintaining client satisfaction.
- Stay updated on industry trends and market developments to provide strategic insights to clients.
- Travel occasionally to meet with clients and attend industry events across Southeast Asia.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an Account Manager or similar role, preferably in the travel or hospitality industry.
- Strong understanding of the Southeast Asian travel market and its key players.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Results-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Fluency in English; additional languages (e.g., Bahasa Indonesia, Mandarin) are a plus.
