Responsibility

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly/quarterly revenue targets in assigned territories.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through proactive engagement, follow-ups, and tailored solutions.
  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends.
  • Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations to potential clients, highlighting product/service benefits.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals while ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2+ years of proven experience in B2B or B2C sales, preferably in a fast-paced industry.
  • Class 3 driving license with own transport (mandatory for client visits).
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to engage diverse stakeholders.
  • Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a target-driven environment.
  • Fluent in English; additional languages (e.g., Indonesian) are a plus.
