Responsibility
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly/quarterly revenue targets in assigned territories.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through proactive engagement, follow-ups, and tailored solutions.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends.
- Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations to potential clients, highlighting product/service benefits.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals while ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations) to align sales efforts with company objectives.
- Utilize CRM tools to track sales activities, pipeline progress, and client interactions.
- Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to management with actionable insights.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2+ years of proven experience in B2B or B2C sales, preferably in a fast-paced industry.
- Class 3 driving license with own transport (mandatory for client visits).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to engage diverse stakeholders.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a target-driven environment.
- Fluent in English; additional languages (e.g., Indonesian) are a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields (preferred but not mandatory).
