Responsibility
- Monitor and evaluate the sell-out performance of sales consultants against monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve sales productivity and customer conversion rates.
- Conduct regular product knowledge training for the sales team to ensure expertise in luxury product offerings.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and differentiation.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to align sales strategies with promotional campaigns and brand messaging.
- Provide exceptional customer service, building long-term relationships with high-value clients.
- Prepare detailed reports on sales performance, customer feedback, and inventory needs for management review.
- Participate in trade shows, product launches, and VIP events to represent the brand and drive sales.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in retail sales, preferably in luxury or high-end products.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a competitive environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends.
- Passion for customer service and a commitment to delivering a premium client experience.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tracking tools is advantageous.
- Willingness to travel within Bali and occasionally to other regions for training or events.
