Responsibility

  • Develop and implement regional sales strategies to achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets in Bali and surrounding areas.
  • Identify, prospect, and engage potential clients through cold outreach, networking, and partnerships to expand the company’s market presence.
  • Conduct market research to analyze industry trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform business decisions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, product, operations) to align sales efforts with company goals and product offerings.
  • Prepare and present business proposals, pitches, and reports to stakeholders and leadership.
  • Monitor and report on sales performance metrics, including conversion rates, pipeline growth, and revenue forecasts.
  • Represent Skyro at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to enhance brand visibility and generate leads.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • Proven track record of 3+ years in business development, sales, or account management, preferably in a regional or B2B context.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
  • Experience in market analysis, lead generation, and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluency in English (written and verbal); proficiency in Indonesian is a plus.
  • Willingness to travel within Bali and occasionally to other regions as required.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
