Responsibility

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to acquire new airfreight clients in Bali and surrounding regions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
  • Identify and pursue business opportunities in key industries (e.g., e-commerce, manufacturing, perishables).
  • Prepare and present customized airfreight solutions, including pricing, transit times, and service options.
  • Collaborate with operations teams to ensure seamless execution of airfreight shipments and resolve any client issues.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine sales strategies.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets through proactive prospecting and closing techniques.
  • Participate in industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to expand the company’s presence.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in sales, logistics, or airfreight (minimum 2-3 years preferred).
  • Strong understanding of airfreight operations, including documentation, customs, and regulatory requirements.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in English (additional languages a plus).
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset and ability to work independently.
  • Experience using CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Ability to travel within Bali and occasionally to other regions for client meetings or events.
  • Passion for customer service and building long-term client relationships.
