Responsibility
- Assist the sales team in managing leads, tracking customer interactions, and ensuring timely follow-ups to drive conversions.
- Prepare and maintain sales reports, presentations, and documentation to support the sales process.
- Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, operations, customer support) to ensure smooth sales operations and customer satisfaction.
- Handle customer inquiries, provide product information, and resolve issues to enhance the customer experience.
- Monitor sales performance metrics and provide insights to improve strategies and achieve targets.
- Assist in the preparation of proposals, contracts, and sales agreements to facilitate deal closures.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to support sales strategies.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer data, and communication in CRM systems.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in sales support, customer service, or a related field.
- Strong communication skills in English (written and verbal) with the ability to engage effectively with clients and teams.
