Responsibility
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients in Bali’s key areas (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, Badung) to promote Hajj and Umrah packages.
- Provide personalized consultations to understand client needs and recommend suitable pilgrimage packages, including flight, accommodation, and visa assistance.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets by effectively pitching services through in-person meetings, phone calls, and digital channels.
- Collaborate with the operations team to ensure seamless service delivery, from booking to post-travel support.
- Stay updated on Hajj and Umrah regulations, travel policies, and market trends to provide accurate and compliant advice.
- Organize and participate in community events, seminars, and religious gatherings to expand the client base and enhance brand visibility.
- Maintain detailed records of client interactions, sales activities, and follow-ups using CRM tools.
- Address client concerns and resolve issues promptly to ensure high satisfaction and repeat business.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in sales, preferably in travel, tourism, or religious services.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and rapport with diverse clients.
- Deep understanding of Hajj and Umrah processes, rituals, and logistical requirements (training will be provided for the right candidate).
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a competitive environment.
- Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Familiarity with Bali’s Muslim communities and cultural nuances is highly advantageous.
- Willingness to travel within Bali and occasionally to other regions for client meetings or events.
