Responsibility
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their Hajj travel needs and preferences.
- Provide detailed information about Hajj packages, including itineraries, accommodations, and additional services.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets by effectively promoting Hajj packages to prospective pilgrims.
- Conduct consultations (in-person or virtual) to address client inquiries and concerns, ensuring clarity and trust.
- Collaborate with the operations team to ensure smooth booking processes and timely delivery of travel documents.
- Stay updated on Hajj regulations, visa requirements, and travel advisories to provide accurate guidance.
- Prepare and present sales reports, tracking performance metrics and client feedback.
- Participate in local community events and outreach programs to expand the client base.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or travel industry (Hajj/Umrah experience is a plus).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with diverse clients.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets in a competitive environment.
- Familiarity with Islamic travel requirements and Hajj rituals is highly advantageous.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and CRM tools for sales tracking and reporting.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Willingness to travel within assigned regions (Bali) for client meetings and events.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Tourism, or related fields is preferred.
