Responsibility
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets in the Bali region.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and retailers in the consumer electronics sector.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and cold outreach.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the value of consumer electronics to potential buyers.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients to maximize profitability while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Monitor sales performance metrics and provide regular reports to management with actionable insights.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to align sales strategies with promotional campaigns and product launches.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales within the consumer electronics industry, with a proven track record of exceeding targets.
- Strong B2B and B2C sales acumen, with experience in retail, distribution, or corporate sales.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English (additional fluency in Indonesian is a plus).
- Proven ability to build and manage client relationships at senior levels.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Willingness to travel within Bali and occasionally to other regions for client meetings.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
