Responsibility

  • Lead and manage the sales team to achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand market share in Bali’s key business hubs.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and client engagement.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure retention and repeat business.
  • Monitor sales performance, analyze KPIs, and provide actionable insights to improve team productivity.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales strategies with company objectives.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through proactive engagement and issue resolution.
  • Prepare and present regular sales reports to senior management, highlighting achievements and areas for improvement.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales management, preferably in the B2B or B2C sector.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop sales professionals.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of the Bali market and its business dynamics is highly advantageous.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools.
  • Fluency in English and Indonesian; additional local languages are a plus.
